Together, we’re finding strength and connection, and building a global community of support as we navigate this journey of life with Periodic Paralysis.

A Global Movement for Awareness and Action

Join us in celebrating World Periodic Paralysis Day on March 23, 2026.

This global day is dedicated to connecting the international Periodic Paralysis (PP) community by bringing patients, caregivers, and advocates together to raise awareness, share experiences, inspire hope, and create change.

Established by a coalition of non-profits, patients, caregivers, and advocates, World Periodic Paralysis Day shines a spotlight on the challenges of living with PP and the urgent need for improved diagnosis, treatment, and care. Together, we aim to:

Reduce delays in diagnosis
Increase public and medical knowledge about PP
Foster a supportive global community

By amplifying patient voices and sharing stories, we can break the silence, reduce stigma, and inspire progress. Get involved and use the hashtag #WorldPPDay to raise awareness and make a difference!

Primary Periodic Paralysis is a group of disorders whereby patients become temporarily paralyzed due to triggers such as rest after exercise or certain foods.

Support Our Mission: Make an Impact

Help us power up the fight against periodic paralysis!

Your donation fuels:

Raising awareness to reduce diagnostic delays.
Supporting research toward better treatments and a cure.
Providing resources and a community for patients worldwide.

Together, we can create a brighter future for those living with PP.
