Tell Us Your Story:

Leslie W. lives in Florida, with her service dog, an English bulldog. A lover of the arts, Leslie grew up dancing ballet and playing piano and now enjoys nature photography. She experienced her first major paralysis episode at the age of 15 and was diagnosed soon after with Primary Periodic Paralysis (PPP). Her symptoms ended her ballet career and made it difficult for her to hold a job. Several people in her family, including her brother, also live with PPP. Leslie is a PPP Patient Engager with Xeris Pharmaceuticals®.
